ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN JULY 17 AND JULY 27 WILL BE PROCESSED ON JULY 28. I WILL SEND YOU A PERSONAL EMAIL AS TO A SHIPPING DATE ON JULY 28. THANK YOU.

Methods of Payment: We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Personal Check or Money Order. Only US Funds are being accepted at this time. Please make Checks and Money Orders payable to: Raggedy D's Miniatures. There will be a $15.00 service fee charged for any returned checks. Checks must clear our bank before orders are shipped.

Terms and Conditions: We use address verification for credit card orders. To obtain authorization for your purchase, we will need the same address that you receive your credit card bills, including and most importantly, the zip code. We will be happy to ship to any address you wish, but we must have the correct address for your credit card before we can ship your order. This system is widely used by most credit card companies and provides extra security for our customers. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped and not before.

You may print out the shopping cart checkout screen and mail your order if your prefer. You may also fax your order and credit card information to (352) 472-6315. You must call first to ask us to activate the fax machine.

Orders are filled in a timely manner, usually within 1 week. We will contact you if there will be a delay. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks. We will be able to give you a time frame when you place your custom order.

ALL ORDERS WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION AS WELL AS A PERSONAL EMAIL FROM ME THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS PERSONAL EMAIL FROM ME WITHIN 48-72 HOURS AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL ME AND LET ME KNOW. WE STRIVE TO GIVE OUR CUSTOMERS EXCELLENT AND PROMPT SERVICE AND THIS IS ONE WAY WE CAN ASSURE YOU THAT YOUR ORDER WAS RECEIVED BY ME. I WILL ALSO TELL YOU WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP.


Orders are normally shipped using Priority Mail through the United States Post Office. If you would prefer a different method of delivery, please email us with your request. All orders within the United States are sent with a Delivery Confirmation tracking number. If you would like to purchase additional proof of delivery or have your package insured, please email us with your request. The customer will be responsible for paying for any additional insurance or proof of delivery.

$75.00 to $150..$9.25
$150 to $350..$10.25
$350 and over..$16.25

International Shipping:

All International shipping charges (excluding Canada) will be the actual cost of shipping plus an additional $5.00. Minimum shipping charge will be $10.00.

Return Policy: Your satisfaction is our first priority! If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us by email. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order but you must contact us first. All items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received. Refunds will not include shipping charges. We take great care in packaging our orders but please contact us immediately if any items were damaged during shipping.
