Shipping & Returns


Orders are filled in a timely manner, usually within a few days. I will contact you if there is a delay. Custom orders may take up to 6 weeks. I will be able to give you a time frame when you place your custom order.

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation from my web site. You will also be notified after your order ships and you will be given a tracking number.

Orders will be shipped using Priority Mail through the United States Post Office. All orders within the United States are sent with a tracking number. If you would like to purchase additional proof of delivery or have your package insured, please email me with your request. The customer will be responsible for paying for any additional insurance or proof of delivery.


Your satisfaction is my first priority! If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me by email. All returns must be authorized by me within 10 days of receipt of your order. Merchandise retuned without authorization will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All items returned must be in the same condition and packaging in which they were received. Refunds will not include shipping charges. I take great care in packaging my orders but please contact me immediately if any items were damaged during shipping.

International Sales:

Raggedy D’s Miniatures is not responsible for any fees imposed upon the customer while going through customs in your country. We do not have any control over this and cannot predict what, if any charges, there will be on your end.

There will be additional charges for International Shipping. My website will contact you within a few days of placing your order to give you a more accurate shipping rate. Once this new rate is approved, billed and paid, your order will be shipped.
